Teri Richardson advises clients on investment manager selection and performance evaluation, investment policy, and asset allocation of retirement plan assets and Native American tribal trusts. In addition, she is responsible for asset allocation development and ongoing monitoring of custom risk and age based portfolios; and for oversight of investment manager research. Teri’s experience with institutional investment management began at Northwest Airlines where she held Treasury department positions culminating as Director of Cash & Pension Investments overseeing $10 billion in defined benefit and defined contribution assets. After more than thirteen years with the airline, Ms. Richardson moved to the Minnesota State Board of Investment where she served as the Assistant Executive Director for three years in which role she oversaw financial and investment management functions for more than $60 billion in State of Minnesota pension, trust and cash accounts. Teri also served six years as a board member and chair of the investment committee for the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota.
